钢管规格范围:外径6-530mm,壁厚0.5-50mm,长度1-12m；棒材规格范围:外径6—500mm,长度0.5—30米；钢板规格范围:厚度0.5-80mm,长1-6米,宽0.5-3米；特种合金的零部件,由于是在高温、重载及燃气冲刷等恶劣的环境条件下工作,既要考虑高温瞬时强度、持久、蠕变、疲劳等性能,又要考虑高温氧化问题。对这类合金原材料冶金质量要求非常高,为了获得高质量的合金,必须准确控制合金成分和减少合金中的气体、有害夹杂及非金属夹杂物含量,提高合金的纯洁度,我厂经多年不断摸索,技术工艺不断改进,采用真空双联 三联工艺熔炼,不但将合金中低熔点有色杂质元素 及气体被去除,非金属夹杂物得到了降低,并且结晶zu织得到了改善,使合金的热加工性能显著的提高,加之我厂专业锻造技能,从而确保了合金zui终产品的质量。
